People budget does not mean cheap it just means your smart always haves budget for any construction project even at home I’ve done electrical for 18 years and when I do a project at home me and the wife love to set a budget for multiple reasons one to know how much we spend and if we have to tone it down sometimes your actually surprised and end up having more money left than you thought you can get other stuff you saw or put it away for next project also tax purposes it’s always smart to budget and you can have a massive budget just means that’s what you thought you would spend or approx but already talking to the prices and getting bids never judge how much someone else work is worth I’ve done a meter main swap one time I just told the guy to pay for materials and I would do the labor for free he was a disabled veteran than he started complaining about how much the material was and thought I was making money of him so I took him to home depot with me I like the electrical supply store but stuff is more expensive there guy was complaining about the prize so took him to home depot made him get the material and he ended spending more than if I would of order for my supply than he apologised for miss judgment and was wrong of him I took the apology and moved on with the work and finished his house he actually got me more work with his sons ands stuff and he said charge them good they make good money I still treat him like a client I gave him a free year warranty and everything never expecting more work but god is big and got me the work thank you God
